1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and ernph (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at ernph.app and all associated services, games, features, content, and promotions (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the ernph website, creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, participating in any game, or claiming any bonus or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. By registering an account with ernph, you represent and warrant that:

3. You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence;
4. You are not accessing the ernph platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
5. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of ernph's Services would violate applicable local, national, or international law;
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
7. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ernph or any of its affiliated companies;
8. You have not previously been self-excluded from ernph or any affiliated gaming platform and currently have an active self-exclusion in effect.

ernph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity verification at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended pending resolution. Where underage gambling is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, and any remaining balance will be returned to the deposit source after deducting any winnings generated during the ineligibility period.

3. Account Registration

To access ernph's real-money gaming services, you are required to complete the registration process and create an account. By registering, you agree to:

4. Account Security

ernph is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account prior to your notification of a security breach is your responsibility unless ernph is demonstrably at fault.

5. Deposits & Payments

ernph supports a range of Philippine payment methods for funding your account, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO InstaPay, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. 5.1 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts that you personally own and are registered in your name;
• ernph does not accept deposits from third parties, including family members, on your behalf;
• ernph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges;
• Minimum deposit is ₱100 for most payment methods;
• ernph reserves the right to reject deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate, personally-owned payment source;
• Funds deposited to ernph are held in your ernph wallet and are not interest-bearing.

5.2 Currency

The ernph platform operates in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. ernph is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations affecting USDT deposits.

6. Withdrawals

ernph is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. Standard withdrawal processing times are published on the platform and are observed as targets, not guarantees. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending, where a fraud review is in progress, or where the payment provider experiences technical issues outside ernph's control.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200;

8. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the ernph platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, audited by independent third-party testing agencies. Game outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — ernph will endeavour to restore the session to its state immediately prior to the malfunction. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided;
• Displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages verified through independent audit and represent the expected payout over a statistically significant number of game rounds, not a guarantee of individual session outcomes;
• ernph reserves the right to void any bet or game result where a software or human error has resulted in an incorrect payout being offered, displayed, or processed.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ernph platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all pending and historical winnings, and forfeiture of account balances, in addition to any legal remedies ernph may pursue:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once or circumventing account restrictions;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games without genuine human decision-making;
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or misquoted odds for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players or third parties in live dealer or multiplayer games;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of the platform to process proceeds of crime;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your ernph account to any other person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed payment claims where funds have been legitimately wagered on the ernph platform;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the ernph platform, its security systems, or its underlying technology.

10. Intellectual Property

The ernph name, logo, website design, game graphics, text content, software, user interface elements, and all other materials available on the platform are the intellectual property of ernph or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ernph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any ernph intellectual property without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ernph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Services shall be limited to the amount of real money (excluding bonus funds) held in your ernph account at the time the claim arises.

ernph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of or inability to access the platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services caused by circumstances outside ernph's reasonable control, including force majeure events, third-party service failures, or regulatory action;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or your voluntary disclosure of account credentials to third parties;
• Technical failures in third-party payment processing systems outside ernph's direct control;
• Any gambling losses you incur as a result of your own decisions and gameplay — ernph does not guarantee winnings on any game or betting event.

12. Responsible Gaming

ernph is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The platform provides a suite of player-controlled responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit;
• Session Time Reminders — Receive automatic notifications after a configurable period of continuous play;

13. Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Closure by You

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method after identity verification is confirmed.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by ernph

ernph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, and to withhold or void account balances and pending winnings, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• We have reason to believe you have provided false registration information;
• We have reason to believe fraudulent or criminal activity has occurred in connection with your account;
• You are found to be ineligible to use the Services (including age ineligibility);
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require us to do so;
• We determine, at our sole discretion, that your continued use of the platform presents a risk to ernph or to other players.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ernph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from your use of the ernph platform shall first be submitted to ernph's customer support team for resolution. ernph will endeavour to resolve complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through this process, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ernph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and is subject to regulatory oversight as required by those regulations. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming laws.
